The challenge
Kernow Health Community Interest Company required an end to end workforce management system which would manage everything from staff rotas, to staff records and payroll integration.
The team at Kernow Health was spending around a week creating and publishing rotas, with shifts and staff needing to be added in manually each time. This was clearly not sustainable and resulted in unnecessary administrative time and effort as the service grew.
Accuracy was also a challenge with the current process unable to handle many of the basics of rota management including last minute absence, sickness and compliance monitoring.
