Changes were difficult to make, and unnecessary errors were being made.
The brief was simple, NUPAS wanted a software which would be able to create rotas, months in advance and across multiple teams. Being able to assign staff with specific skills sets to shifts was non-negotiable.

The results
Within three months of sign-off, NUPAS were up and running with RotaMaster. The implementation process, included:
All of this was completed on time, and to the satisfaction of NUPAS. Craig Barker, Operations Manager at NUPAS who commented, “There is no doubt about the care and enthusiasm that your (RotaMaster) staff have. Their constant availability through the process has helped so much.”
The final word goes to Craig Barker, who praised the whole team, “I have been nothing but amazed at your company’s excellent service.”
