Northern Health operate their medical workforce across three large hospitals in West Yorkshire, managing thousands of hours of clinical work per month.
The healthcare organisation understood that, as a small business, efficiency was paramount. Luckily, they recognised early that they need a system that could automate repetitive workforce management tasks, and allow them to to simplify their staff planning processes which – despite the business being in its infancy – were already taking up too much time.
The main priority was to be able to publish shifts to doctors easily and remove the manual systems that were in place for rota planning, communication and payments to the doctors.
